Leader / Quality Manager
We are looking for a leader / quality manager to join and strengthen our Polish team!
Job description
•-Managing the Quality Department located in two production facilities
• Control of compliance with quality standards in all production operations
• Handling complaints and contact with internal and external customers
• Continuous improvement of quality processes
• Supervision over internal audits
• Knowledge of systems: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/TS 22163, IATF 16949 will be welcome
• Initiating and participating in analyzes of the causes of defects and non-conformities using standard quality tools
• Creation/optimization of quality control processes/procedures
• Cooperation with all departments in the organization in order to effectively implement corrective and preventive measures
• Representation and supervision over internal and external audits (clients, suppliers, certification bodies)
• Defining and supervising key performance indicators (KPI)
• Supervision over the calibration process
• Proactively running initiatives with special emphasis on failure prevention
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial position
• Experience in the industrial sector
• Working knowledge of quality assurance procedures
• Analytical skills
• Experience in working in an international environment will constitute an additional advantage
• Practical knowledge of quality tools (PPAP, 5WHY, 8D, PARETO, ISHIKAWA)
• Audit experience
• Knowledge of APQP, including FMEA, SPC cards, PPAP, MSA will be welcome
• Good knowledge of the English language
• B category driving license will be welcome
