Electrical Engineer – Team Leader
We’re seeking a creative Electrical Engineer – Team Leader to join our team in Poland (Gościcino).

Responsibilities:
- enhance production processes, overseeing the implementation of best practices
- develop and maintain technical documentation based on client guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- manage document revisions and control costs
- prepare post-execution documentation
- propose and implement new solutions for process improvement
- continuous cooperation with the customer and solving technical issues
- leading the team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
- collaborate closely with production, planning, purchasing, and sales departments, facilitating seamless cross-functional communication
Requirements:
- professional experience in a similar role
- bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field (preferred)
- knowledge and experience in electrical engineering and automation
- ability to read electrical schematics
- experience in designing electrical schematics; knowledge of ePlan software is a plus
- familiarity with standards, regulations, and norms
- teamwork skills and the ability to make decisions under time constraints
- proactiveness, responsibility, and effectiveness in problem-solving
- collaboration and communication skills.
- project leadership skills are additional assets
- proficient in English
- familiarity with office tools and ERP systems
