Key Account Manager

Promeco is currently seeking an experienced Key Account Manager who shares our commitment to excellence and our core values.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, including independent management of international commercial negotiations,
• Experience in selling technically complex products,
• Background in working with clients from related industries such as mechanical,,engineering, metal processing, industrial installations, or electrical engineering,
• Good understanding of mechanical and/or electrical concepts, including the ability to read technical documentation,
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,
• Analytical and planning skills, with the ability to work independently,
• Very good command of English, enabling participation in business meetings,
• Results-oriented, proactive, and self-driven attitude,
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales targets by managing an existing client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities,
• Developing and regularly updating sales plans, including KPI monitoring and performance reporting,
• Preparing offers and quotations in cooperation with technical, supply chain, and finance teams,
• Negotiating commercial terms and conditions,
• Analyzing the market, competitors, and trends, and recommending development actions,
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs.
