Mechanical solutions we deliver

We manufacture mechanical components, modules, and complete assemblies for demanding applications, ranging from single parts to fully integrated systems. The greatest value is achieved through integrated deliveries that combine mechanical structures, electrical integration, testing, and final assembly into complete, functional units tailored to customer needs.

Typical examples include sheet metal solutions for marine engines, enclosures and structural assemblies for trains and trams, welded frames and structures for defence applications, as well as precision-manufactured mechanical components.

  • Sheet metal manufacturing (1–15 mm) in aluminum, stainless steel, and structural steel
  • Welded structures and assemblies in aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel (also FSW-welding)

FSW-based designs provide high structural integrity while minimizing heat input, reducing deformation, and achieving near–base material strength.

Standards, Quality, and Testing

Quality and compliance are embedded throughout Promeco’s manufacturing process. Our welding and production processes meet demanding industry standards, including EN15085 and EN ISO 3834-2.

Based on the requirements our quality assurance can include:

  • 3D measurement to verify dimensional accuracy
  • Visual inspections and non-destructive testing where required
  • Application-specific testing, including leak testing and functional checks

By integrating engineering, manufacturing, and testing in-house, compliance and quality are built into the solution from the start—not added afterwards.
