Promeco Production Units
Promeco has five production units in four locations. Click a location on the map to view more information about each unit.
Each unit has its own area of expertise, while working as part of an integrated production network. Together, our locations combine electrical and mechanical manufacturing capabilities to ensure efficient delivery, consistent quality, and flexible support for demanding industrial projects.
Production unit Pansia
SEP specializes in low-volume, highly demanding electrical assemblies, while HPD focuses on volume production of drive systems and related electrical solutions. The unit’s capabilities cover the full scope from engineering and manufacturing to testing and commissioning.
Pansia has extensive experience in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and classification processes with marine classification societies. The local team includes engineering, project management, procurement, and logistics, supporting efficient project execution.
Close cooperation with the Yrityspuisto unit enables the integration of electrical and mechanical manufacturing within the same production process.

Production unit Yrityspuisto
The Yrityspuisto unit specializes in electromechanical manufacturing, with a strong focus on sheet metal processing, welded structures and the volume production of drive systems and related electrical solutions for demanding industrial applications.
Its manufacturing capabilities include laser cutting, punching, bending, machining and friction stir welding (FSW), as well as robotic welding and manual welding processes such as MIG, TIG and spot welding.
Friction stir welding enables the production of lightweight aluminum structures, particularly for railway applications where weight reduction is essential. Quality assurance is ensured through dimensional verification using 3D measuring tools.
The unit’s capabilities cover the full scope from engineering and manufacturing to testing and commissioning. It also has extensive experience in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and classification processes with marine classification societies.
The unit works closely with the Pansia production unit, enabling seamless integration of mechanical structures and electrical assemblies within the same production process.

Production unit Vaasa
Production unit Vaasa is located in one of the largest energy technology hubs in the Nordic countries. The Vaasa region brings together energy technology companies, universities, and research organizations focused on innovation and development.
The Vaasa unit specializes in sheet metal manufacturing and mechanical assemblies for demanding industrial applications. The team also supports customers with mechanical engineering and on-site installation services.
Through collaboration with other Promeco units and partners, the Vaasa team can deliver comprehensive electromechanical solutions for complex industrial projects.

Production unit Gościcino
The Gościcino production unit combines electrical and mechanical manufacturing capabilities. Electrical assembly focuses on low- to medium-volume series production, while mechanical processes include bending, welding and mechanical assembly.
The unit also supports machine building projects where electrical and mechanical processes are integrated into comprehensive solutions ready for installation.
Promeco Sp. z o.o. also provides soft insulation solutions for marine and energy applications, using both manual and automated manufacturing technologies.
