Promeco is a Finnish company built on long-term commitment and strong industrial expertise. Our committed owners and employees form the foundation of our success, and many careers at Promeco span decades and generations.
In 2023, Promeco’s ownership structure evolved when Finda PLC became a co-owner alongside the founding Ojala family. Finda acquired a 40% stake in Promeco, strengthening the Group’s capital resources and supporting the company’s long-term development. Within the Ojala family, ownership has already passed to the second generation. The owners contribute to Promeco’s development mainly through active board work.
This long-term commitment — both in ownership and among our employees — defines our way of working and enables us to serve our customers successfully, now and in the future.
Board of Directors
Promeco’s Board of Directors supports the company’s long-term development and governance. The Board combines expertise from industrial business, international markets, and strategic development.
The Board of Directors currently consists of six members, four of whom represent the owners. The Ojala family is represented by Jenni von Veh (Vice Chairman) and Antti Ojala, while the Aurejärvi family and Finda are represented by Ted Roberts (Chairman) and Juho Aurejärvi. The other Board members are Adel Hattab and Ilkka Wessberg.
