The sustainability field has evolved rapidly, especially throughout recent years. This makes open exchange between companies more valuable than ever. As part of the PDCA cycle (Plan–Do–Check–Act), each of our business entities takes concrete actions to learn, develop, and succeed together. We firmly believe that sustainability is a collective effort, with value chain partners at its core.
Collaboration within industry ecosystems—such as joint projects and partner networks—creates opportunities to share and utilize skills, experiences, and data. Knowledge sharing has always been a natural part of our sustainability work. We are genuinely proud of the interest we have received over the years and are always happy to contribute.
We are happy to share that we are taking part in the MAKE in Finland ecosystem. MAKE in Finland is a business-driven collaboration platform designed to boost competitiveness, and it plays a central role in executing Finland´s Smart Manufacturing Roadmap 2035. We also contribute to the Deepening Integration in Manufacturing (DIM) project. The project focuses on accelerating digitalization and sustainability by building collaborative, data-driven ecosystems. Participation in both initiatives gives us great opportunities to keep our position as a trusted supplier and forerunner in our field.

Promeco’s strategy for growth is based on customer insights and innovation, supported by structured processes and motivated employees, and underlined and encircled by sustainability.
Promeco is working systematically for a better future. Our environmental procedures have been certified since 2004 and safety procedures since 2018.

Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct defines how we operate at Promeco and sets the foundation for responsible, ethical and transparent business practices. It brings together the key principles that guide our daily work, decision-making and collaboration with customers, partners and other stakeholders.
The Code acts as a practical framework for everyone working with Promeco. It outlines expectations related to compliance with laws and regulations, fair business practices, respect for people, environmental responsibility, as well as data privacy and cybersecurity. These principles help ensure that our operations are safe, fair and sustainable in all situations.
