Promeco is currently seeking an experienced Key Account Manager who shares our commitment to excellence and our core values.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role, including independent management of international commercial negotiations,
- Experience in selling technically complex products,
- Background in working with clients from related industries such as mechanical,,engineering, metal processing, industrial installations, or electrical engineering,
- Good understanding of mechanical and/or electrical concepts, including the ability to read technical documentation,
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,
- Analytical and planning skills, with the ability to work independently,
- Very good command of English, enabling participation in business meetings,
- Results-oriented, proactive, and self-driven attitude,
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
Responsibilities
- Achieving sales targets by managing an existing client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities,
- Developing and regularly updating sales plans, including KPI monitoring and performance reporting,
- Preparing offers and quotations in cooperation with technical, supply chain, and finance teams,
- Negotiating commercial terms and conditions,
- Analyzing the market, competitors, and trends, and recommending development actions,
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs.
