At first, Weronika Wozniak came to Promeco as an assembler’s helper. She learned quickly so she fast became an assembler. “I was already working independently, and when I returned to work in 2019, I was given the duties of an electrician. Now I am training to become a quality inspector.” Weronica is very sure today that this is her place to work.

Right after school, Weronika worked in a store for a year. It was hard, working in shifts and a lot of responsibilities. She wanted to do something else. Already at that time, many of Weronika’s friends worked at Promeco. Her mother also told a lot about her work in Promeco, and that raised her interest. “I thought this could be something for me too.” When the time was right – she applied, and here she is now. “Today I can say that this is my place to work.”
Weronica started working as a assembler’s helper, and now she is going in the direction of a quality inspector. “It means a world to me that someone trusted me, saw my potential.” Weronika would very much like to become a quality inspector in the electrical department. She is not afraid of new challenges and new responsibilities. This is a chance for her to develop, because who does not develop, really goes backwards.
My job is like building a machine out of big Lego bricks. Then I check that all the bricks are well connected.
NO PRESSURE, GOOD WORK ATMOSPHERE, SENSE OF STABILITY
Promeco is a nice place to work because working conditions are good, working hours are flexible and they understand young parents and their needs. “The supervisors take into account the opinion of the employees. This is really great.”
“I am a young, cheerful person, open to people, friendly and kind.” Promeco suits her very well. One reason is that there is no pressure and that way they have a good work atmosphere. “There is the sense of stability.”
At Promeco Weronika enjoys their unique team building events where something fun always happens. “People are very friendly, there are no conflicts among us.” She has learned independence, but also teamwork.
