Junior Purchasing Specialist

Currently, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Junior Purchasing Specialist.

Your responsibilities:
In this role, your tasks will include placing and executing orders based on current demand. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing delivery schedules, monitoring inventory turnover, and ensuring the optimization of purchase order batches and the accuracy of purchasing and supplier data.
Our requirements:
We expect candidates to have a desire for acquiring new knowledge, commitment, enthusiasm, positive energy, and a cooperative attitude. Additionally, analytical skills, good organizational abilities, and a sense of responsibility are essential for success in this position
We also require a good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel. As you will occasionally communicate with English-speaking individuals in this role, proficiency in English enabling smooth communication is necessary.
It’s excellent if you have a technical background; it will allow you to quickly adapt to the specifics of the job (though it’s not a mandatory requirement).
Great if you already have knowledge of procurement processes. However, if it’s a new challenge for you, don’t worry – we will teach you everything!
